How These Programs Are Built

Every program I offer is the product of personal triumph, a tangible manifestation of a challenge I’ve faced, overcome, and comprehended from the inside out. They’re not mere theoretical forays into fitness; they are personal journeys I’ve embarked upon and successfully navigated.

Once I’ve understood and gained confidence in these methodologies, I gradually introduce elements of them to a handpicked group of my personal training clients. These are individuals who, I’ve identified, face similar challenges or whose goals align with the benefits offered by these new techniques. As they journey through these programs, their real-world experiences, feedback and results become an integral part of the program’s evolution. With each round of real-world application, the program is refined and its effectiveness sharpened, ultimately crystallising into a comprehensive solution to a specific challenge.

While these programs might not be custom-built for you as in my personal online training service, they are painstakingly designed to tackle the challenges you face head-on.

Our programs are comprehensive, well-structured training routines that have been tested and refined through real-world application. They are designed to be self-led, providing you with a roadmap to tackle specific fitness challenges. My online personal training service, on the other hand, is a personalized service where I design a unique fitness program based on your individual needs, preferences, and goals. While it includes more direct interaction and guidance from me, both options provide effective ways to improve your fitness.

We offer two service options for each training program. The first option is a self-led experience where you will have email support available for any pressing questions you might have throughout the course of the program. The second service option is our dedicated Accountability Coaching, which provides you with a personal coach. Your coach will be on hand throughout your program to help keep you accountable, provide motivation, and support you as you work through the program. Both options are designed to ensure you get the most out of your chosen program.

My accountability coaching service is highly personalised, in terms of support but If you’re looking for a fully personalized training regime or have unique fitness needs, you might benefit more from the online personal training service. Here, I can design a program specifically tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Each program has a specific focus and is designed to help with a particular fitness challenge. Once you purchase a program, you will receive immediate access to all the program materials. These include detailed workout plans, nutritional advice, and guides, all delivered in a digital format on our iOS/Android training app that you can access at any time, from anywhere.

While these programs are effective and have been carefully designed to deliver results, they do have certain prerequisites. For example, you’ll need to be able to commit to training a specific frequency per week, have access to a gym or certain equipment, and meet certain fitness criteria at the start of the program. Also, these programs are well-established and set from the time you start, and can’t be fundamentally altered during their course. This contrasts with my Online Personal Training service, which is entirely customised to you and open to unlimited iterations over time. This flexibility allows us to adapt to changing circumstances or accommodate frequent travel, for instance.

Secondly, my Online Personal Training service offers a level of personal attention that is beyond what’s included in these programs. This service, which I coach personally, is limited in availability to ensure that I can dedicate my time to my clients. I make myself available to my Online Personal Training clients daily via instant messaging and provide support calls whenever necessary. In contrast, while these training programs do provide support, it is not as immediate or personalized as the support offered through my Online Personal Training service.
