WHAT DATA DO WE USE?

• Personal details such as name, email address. This is so we can contact you and to authenticate you signing in and out of our service.
• IP address and time of site visits. This is standard practise to aid in the running of our servers in case of a fault.
• Your height, weight, age, and information about your fitness levels and diet. This is so we can provide you with the correct program for your needs
• Progress photos. This is so we can accurately assess how the training is affecting you and provide you with the best service possible, this is an entirely optional part of the coaching process. Occasionally ‘before & after’ style photos, quantifiable health achievements such as weight changes and health marker improvements or successful habit implementation may be highlighted publically to celebrate success and provide incoming clients with an idea of what to expect and what is possible, you can opt-out of this at any time.

THIRD PARTIES

We will share limited data about your browsing patterns with select third parties including google anayltics, facebook advertising. We do not store or process your payment details, Stripe will do this in a secure manner. We will never sell your data.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?

We will store your data until you tell us not to in order to provide you with the best possible service. For example returning customers are often keen to reprise previous training protocols and meal plans.
