My Online personal training service is a comprehensive fitness coaching approach that involves my drawing twelve years of experience as a personal trainer to design an individual workout program and custom meal plan that will help you achieve your goals and transform your body in swift yet healthy fashion.
Your program will be designed on a bespoke basis based on you providing me information about your exercise history, current fitness levels, personal logistics (by way of gym access, home fitness equipment etc). Remember that whilst there are some great governing principles with regards to exercise and nutrition, my service seeks to combine the exact set of variables that will give you the confidence that your program is going to work for you, essentially my role is to remove all guesswork from your health and fitness pursuits and give you the confidence that perhaps for the first time, every effort you take from here on is contributing to your success. Definitely not. Unlike what you might be thinking of with other online fitness programs, my service provides an individual program built for you from scratch. Both your workout program and meal plan are personalised and have been created for you personally based on the information garnered in our initial consultation call and/or the comprehensive onboarding process once you have signed up to the service from my website.
Yes. Whilst I recommend an initial 12-week course of coaching for both full results and habit forming, we can also discuss moving forward on a 6-week basis. For those that travel frequently, this service is perfect, as I am able to adapt your program based on hotel gyms, or even move to bodyweight training if you don’t have access to equipment.In terms of holidays, you will have the option to pause your coaching whilst away in order to not lose weeks of your program. Alternatively, I can work with you to adapt your program to the circumstances of your travel plans.
This is a very international service. My clients are quite evenly distributed between the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. Local food measurements and food considerations will be made when creating your meal plan. Actually, I’ve now had clients in 54 different countries!
I give you the option of a Basic or complex meal plan. Simple meal plans are great for anyone short on time or who would like to make things as simple as they can whilst ensuring that there is still plenty of nutrient diversity, A complex meal plan is intended as much a meal planner as an education in healthy eating as there will be so many new foods and recipes introduced that you will be halfway to being a connoisseur by the end of it!
Of course, all still designed to achieve your training goals in the most timely fashion. I have created a system that will allow you to swap out meals on your meal plan with a perfectly calibrated replacement to make sure that even when you replace meals. If you are happy to follow a set meal plan, this option takes all of the guesswork and admin out of the process.
The second option for following your meal plan is to follow my comprehensive nutritional guidelines and use my simple meal tool to create very simple meals that will save you time and money.
I started my career an in-person personal trainer actually this is how I spent the first 10 years of my career, having gained my initial accreditation in fitness via Premier Global NASM. My online service started as requests from my in-person clients as they traveled the world to meet media obligations and needed a program they could do on their own while they were away. This worked really well and as a result I decided to open the service up to a global audience. In the decade I spent working as an in person personal trainer, I delivered over 10,000 sessions, to people from all walks of life.
Initially, I worked as a personal trainer in London, operating in different gyms and running outdoor boot camp style group classes in local parks. Over time my results began to get noticed and I was invited to Hollywood to work with a high profile client in the TV Business. Since then I’ve been fortunate enough to train clients all over the world and coach up and coming personal trainers in the U.K, USA, South America and Asia.
This led to me writing for numerous news, health, and fitness publications, as well as a series of TV appearances as a health expert.
I’ve also had the opportunity to work on huge Hollywood film productions getting the cast in shape for their movie roles. Now, aside from a few special requests, I work solely with my online client base.
As this is an online service I’m not in a position to diagnose injuries. I would advise that you get in person advise on any injuries before starting your training program. Medical advice is not a part of my service. To be clear, although my training programs work toward optimal health they are not intended as a replacement for personalised medical advice. However if you have the green light for exercise from your medical professionals, understand the nature of an ailment, injury or medical condition and need a coach who will work with you to personalise your regime accordingly, you are in the right place.
No, because each program is written on a bespoke basis I will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you. Where you do not have gym access and are in need of some pieces of equipment to achieve your goal, I will make those recommendations.
If time is scarce and you would like an easy to prepare meal plan, just select a simple meal planner option when you receive your training forms and I will only include meals and recipes that are simple to follow and can be created quickly and with little preparation time, perfect for anyone short on time.
